I love helping athletes achieve their running goals, especially the goals they had originally thought to be out-of-reach. I have coached runners at all levels and for all distances, from couch-to-5k to marathon personal records, and have been personally running those distances for over fifteen years. It wasn’t until I hired my first running coach that I realized my true potential as a runner. As a coach, there is nothing more fulfilling than watching my clients transform as athletes, break through barriers, and set new limits.

I fully believe in the power of full body wellness to get you to the start line healthy and strong. I partner with industry experts, such as nutritionists and yoga instructors, to provide you with the tools you need to properly absorb all miles and work you’re putting in each day.

I will work with you to determine where you are currently at in your fitness journey, meet you there, then build you up to your fitness goals. No two athletes are the same, so no two training plans will be the same.

Training Options:

Basic Training Plan

  • One-time delivery of an custom training plan for any distance
  • 30 minute phone consultation prior to delivering the plan
  • One revision to the initial plan at any time throughout the training cycle

Virtual Training

  • Ongoing, 1:1 virtual training for any distance or race
  • 30 minute phone consultation prior to delivering the initial plan
  • Ongoing adjustments based on actual training performance
  • Unlimited support via email and monthly telephone touch bases
